What client brief software does
Every agency project starts with questions: goals, audience, budget, brand rules, deadlines, who approves. Client brief software puts those questions in one structured brief, lets the client answer and approve it online, and keeps the approved answers on the client's record so nobody has to ask twice.
Why agencies outgrow documents and forms
- Answers end up split between email threads, documents and call notes.
- There is no clear record of which version the client actually approved.
- New team members re-ask questions the client already answered.
- Feedback arrives as long emails instead of next to the answer it refers to.
How MyBriefy works
- Add the client. 30 clients and projects are free, and you can add more as you grow.
- Pick a brief. Start from one of 32 templates, such as the General Client Brief, SEO brief or website brief, or build your own questions.
- Share it with the client. They answer online and approve it. You both comment next to each answer.
- Work from one record. The approved brief, contact reports and meeting notes stay on the client, visible to the team members you assign.
- Add what you need. Tasks, contracts with e-signature, and recurring invoices are optional add-ons on the same client record.
- Ask Briefy. The built-in assistant answers questions about your clients only from your MyBriefy data. 200 messages per team member each month are included.

Frequently asked questions
What is client brief software?
Client brief software is a tool where an agency sends structured questions to a client, the client answers and approves them online, and the answers stay attached to that client for the whole team. It replaces briefs scattered across emails, documents and form tools.
How is MyBriefy different from a form builder?
A form builder collects answers and stops there. In MyBriefy the brief lives on the client's record: your team and the client comment on individual answers, the approval is recorded on the brief, and the same client record holds contact reports, tasks, contracts and invoices.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every workspace starts with a 30-day free trial with all add-ons switched on. No credit card is needed to start.
How many clients can I manage?
30 clients and projects are free on every plan. After that it's $10 a month for every 25 more, with no upper limit. Add them from My Account, Billing.
Does the AI assistant use my clients' data for training?
Briefy, the MyBriefy assistant, answers only from the data you can already see in your workspace and has no web access. It runs on Anthropic's API, which does not use API data to train models by default. Details are in our privacy policy.
Try it on your next client. Set up your first brief in minutes. 30 days free, no credit card.
